PATTERN CAPTURE “paper 2 pixel” is an innovative AI project that uses advanced digital environments to digitize paper patterns.
The project aims to transform traditional paper patterns into digital formats, thereby facilitating more efficient production processes in the fashion and design industry.
Starting from an image captured via a mobile device and uploaded to server, the system processes and converts the image into digital formats, both raster and vector.
These vector files are scalable and ready for editing and printing, while maintaining the original proportions and dimensions of the paper pattern.

Use a white background.

Make sure the pattern is
as smooth as possible.
When taking the photo,
leave a white border all around.
Upload the images, and once processed, you’ll receive PDF files and a DXF file.
